Become a Broker

ProfessionalExchange Financial is always interested in adding quality brokers within its market area. In order to be recognized as a broker, the following documentation must be submitted along with your completed application to our Program. Or, contact us and we will immediately send you a broker package for completion.

  1. Annual Audited Financial Statements for the last two years.

  2. Interim Financial Statements (Year-to-date). If prepared by someone other than a CPA, must be signed by an officer of the company stating that the financials are true and correct to the best of his/her knowledge.

  3. If company is a subsidiary of a Bank or Savings & Loan, a current balance sheet and income statement along with year-end audited financials from the parent company.

  4. Current resumes of key employees, showing adequate administration, processing, and closing capabilities.

  5. Listing of approved appraisers and copy of procedures used to determine approval of appraiser.

  6. Copy of quality control procedures and most recent report along with management response.

  7. State License and approvals. (Including F113 license)

  8. Certificate of Secretary Form completed showing each Authorized Signatory for future purposes of Note and Assignment Endorsements to Exchange Financial Corporation.

  9. Two executed copies of the Correspondent Agreement. Exchange Financial will return one completed to you upon approval.

  10. Corporate Supplemental Guaranty Addendum.
