Dave has lived in the Michiana area for over 28 years. He has
previously worked in the Real Estate profession. He has a degree in
Business Management from Cedarville University and has held various
management positions.
Dave helps each of his clients understand the mortgage loan process. He keeps them informed throughout the loan approval process to minimize any anxiety they may have.
His focus is on first time home buyers and specializes in government backed loans, FHA, VA, and Rural Housing.
