Scott De Wolf

Scott has been in the mortgage business since 1988.  He has consistently been a top producer in West Michigan specializing in purchase loans.  He has been an affiliate member of the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors for over 15 years.  Scott has lived in the Grand Rapids area his whole life, graduating on the Dean’s list at Aquinas College.

Most of Scott’s business comes from previous customers and their referrals.  He attributes his high referral success to his attention to the details.  He makes sure that the borrower understands the programs available and the benefits of each program.  He also prides himself in getting the loan closed on time, with the costs and payments working out to be the same as originally quoted.
