Jeff has been responsible for managing interest rate risk through the Capital Markets, financial reporting to governmental agencies and managing external audits by independent and regulatory auditors for 15 years. He has been with Exchange Financial for the past 12 years serving as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Jeff negotiates bulk purchases and sales of loans and servicing with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae and several private investors in order to provide our Wholesale and Correspondent partners excellent secondary market execution. Jeff is also a member of the Loan Review Committee at Exchange Financial.
Jeff graduated with High Honor from Michigan State University and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the honor society of collegiate schools of business
